It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address or did not put an apt/unit number please call us immediately at 212 739 7877 u.s.a or email us at info@ShopYahaira.com. We can no longer intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility.
Different billing and shipping addresses
In order for us to be able to send your package right away the billing and shipping addresses must match. if you have a different billing and shipping address we ask that you please confirm your order by emailing us an image of only the last 4 digits of the card to confirm that it is in fact an authorized transaction by the cardholder. Without confirmation the order will not be able to be sent out right away.
Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mail box we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or re-send the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link. If you do not receive an email for the tracking within 1-2 days of placing your order please contact us and we will send it again. Once the package leaves the Yahaira Inc. offices the United States Post Office will be in charge of delivering your package, with that being said if any package gets stolen, lost or destroyed we are not responsible; but if that happens please let us know so we can file a claim for you and we will help you as much as we can until you get an answer, package etc..

If you'd like to exchange an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 20 days after you received your order. We can exchange the style, size and color if you mistakingly order the wrong product or if you want something else. Please read our exchange policy below.

For shape-wear and leggings: We can exchange the garment(s) if they have NOT been tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled or ruined. The garment(s) that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. For sanitary reasons we do not take shape wear back that has been tried on, used, worn or stretched since our garments are considered underwear and touch very intimate parts.
For Clothing: We can exchange the sets (outerwear and jumpers) as sets meaning the top and bottom together for a different style, size or color if you purchased them as a set. The clothing piece(s) that you are sending back cannot have any stains such as deodorant, tanning lotions, makeup, glitter or any other type of stain. All tags must be attached to the clothing items that you are sending back please. Please look for defects before taking the tags off of the item(s).
For Bodysuits: We can assist with an exchange if the bodysuit has NOT been tried on, worn, used, soiled, washed or ruined. All tags must be attached. This style touches very intimate parts and we would never send something that has been tried on by someone else to any of our customers.
***PLEASE READ: Please inspect your garment once you receive it and take it out of the package. If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and before you try the garment/clothing on. If we mistakingly send the incorrect style, size or color please contact us immediately and before you stretch, try on, use or put on the garment. Once the garment is tried on we cannot assist with an exchange or replacement. For exchanges, all tags must be attached. If there is a price difference for a higher priced item we will give you a call to charge the difference and if the price is lower you will receive store credit.
We do not send return labels for exchanges therefore, you can send it back through USPS, FedEx, UPS or whatever is most convenient. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Since we do not send returns labels we will cover the cost of the new exchange package that will be sent back to you, that way you do not have to pay double shipping. Please email us the tracking number for the package that you are sending back. We cannot be held responsible if the package that you have sent back to us is lost.

Out of respect for all of our beautiful customers We will never re-sell an intimate garment that is soiled, dirty, tried on, worn or returned since you are paying full price for it and you deserve and you also expect a brand new garment that is nice and clean just for you.

A brand new garment just for you, you do not have to worry about how many people tried on or put on or wore it for a couple of days and then returned it. We worked very hard on making our size chart 100% accurate. We designed our garments to be super comfortable and with low, moderate and high compression, a garment that you can wear all day and every day without the pain and stress.
