Shipping & Exchanges

Different billing and shipping addresses

In order for us to be able to send your package right away the billing and shipping addresses must match. if you have a different billing and shipping address we ask that you please confirm your order by emailing us an image of only the last 4 digits of the card to confirm that it is in fact an authorized transaction by the cardholder. Without confirmation the order will not be able to be sent out and will be canceled.

 

Lost packages

Please note if your package gets stolen from your mail box we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or re-send the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link. Once the package leaves the Yahaira Inc. offices the United States Post Office will be in charge of delivering your package, with that being said if any package gets stolen, lost or destroyed we are not responsible; But if that happens please let us know so we can file a claim for you and we will help you as much as we can until you get an answer, package etc..

 

Shipping

Express and priority shipping orders placed before 12 noon eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. For standard and free shipping orders please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our company is not responsible for any customs or duty fees for international orders which are separate from the shipping cost.

It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address please call us immediately at 212 739 7877 u.s.a or email us at info@ShopYahaira.com. We can no longer intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility.

 

The Product I Purchased Is The Wrong Size or style - What Should I Do?

Yes, We can exchange the size or style Your exchange must be new, unopened.  We only accept exchanges for items that have not been tried on, worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and packaging intact . If you received an incorrect or defective item, etc Please call 212 7397877 and we will be more than glad to correct your order or replace the defective item.

 Returns Policy

When you're happy—we're happy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Yahaira Inc. purchase, let us know the good and the bad and we will work with you to find a resolution. We want you to be Happy and if you think we need to improve something in our garments please let us know by calling us 212 739 7877.

If you'd like to exchange an item please contact us at info@shopyahaira.com within 5 after you received your order.

All sales are final on the following items:  corsets, Panties, bodysuits with panty attached, body shapers, or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area. (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are UNABLE to issue refunds on opened or tried on items that cover the crotch area or corsets).

We do NOT accept returns for any of our intimate wear. We can exchange the size if you mistakingly order the wrong one and the style if it is not what you are looking for. Please note that the garment you are sending for an exchange can not be tried on. For certain products of Yahaira Inc. Legal Disclaimer Due to the hygienic nature of these products and by law of the United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence products after the original package has been opened. Items such as body shapers, panties or bodysuits with panty attached or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area.

Out of respect for all of our beautiful customers We will never Re-sale an intimate garment that is soiled, dirty, tried on, worn or returned since you paid full price for it and you deserve and you also expect a brand new garment nice and clean just for you. We understand that mistakes happen and if you notice that you selected the wrong size or style before you try on the garment please call us right away sometimes the style you choose might not be a perfect fit for you or the size is not the same size you are used to buying in other brands since our garments are made seamless our size chart is perfect and different from all of the other brands. You pay full price for a brand new garment and that is exactly what you are gonna get from Yahaira Inc. a brand new garment just for you and you don't have to worry about how many people tried on or put it on or worn it for a couple of days an returned. We worked so hard on our size chart and is 100% accurate and We designed our garments to be super comfortable and with moderate compression a garment that you can wear all day and every day without the pain and stress.

Your order will be shipped to you along with our size chart and instructions please read it before you try on the garment. We want all of our customers to be happy so we will exchange accordingly. Please do not try on, wear, wash or ruin the item you wish to exchange, your request will be denied if item doesn't fit these guidelines.  Your return must be not tried on, new, unopened within 15 days of purchase. All purchases for these items are final (Items such as, panties or bodysuits with panty attached, body shapers or any intimate under garments that touch any intimate areas). The garment will go through a black lighting process that will show skin particles if the garment was tried on. 

Please email proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Yahaira Inc. Send picture of tracking receipt or tracking number. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange. (Please contact us before sending item) info@shopyahaira.com

When you buy at Yahaira Inc. You can be sure that the product you purchased was never worn and that you are Not receiving a worn return from a customer; all the products are 100% brand new and never worn. 

We reserve the right to send the undergarment back to you if the items you sent to us is outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
