2. Order Acceptance & Quantity Limits
Shop Yahaira Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order, or any portion of your order, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
We also reserve the right to:
• limit the quantity of items purchased
• prohibit sales to dealers or resellers
• cancel orders suspected of fraud
• cancel orders flagged by fraud detection systems
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system error, Shop Yahaira Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to your payment method.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
By placing an order, you authorize Shop Yahaira Inc. to charge the full amount of your purchase to your selected payment method.
4. Product Information, Fabric Transparency & Use
Shop Yahaira Inc. is fully transparent regarding the materials and fabric composition of all shapewear garments.
The fabric content and product specifications are clearly disclosed on each individual product page.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they have full knowledge of the product materials and cannot claim lack of knowledge regarding the fabrics used.

If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, have any medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery, please consult your physician before wearing any shapewear products sold on www.shopYahaira.com.
6. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Express and Priority shipping orders process within 24 hours
• Standard and Economy shipping require 2-3 business days processing
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers receive a tracking number once the order ships.
Delivery timelines begin after shipment, not when the order is placed.
7. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Economy Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $130.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
9. Shipping Delays
Due to global shipping conditions, carrier facility closures, increased shipping volume and reduced staffing, delivery times may occasionally be extended.
Shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL may suspend guaranteed delivery timeframes during periods of high demand or operational disruption.
Additionally, certain regions of the world may experience delays due to:
• customs processing
• local transportation issues
• weather conditions
• government regulations
• regional shipping limitations
These delays are outside the control of Shop Yahaira Inc.
Up to 20 business days must pass from the shipping date before a carrier investigation can be opened.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Shop Yahaira Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
11. Final Sale, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all garments sold by Shop Yahaira Inc. are considered undergarments.
For hygiene and safety reasons:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:
• unused
• unworn
• unwashed
• original tags intact
• original packaging
Due to hygiene regulations, intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or tried on against bare skin.
Garments showing signs of:
• wear
• washing
• stains
• odors
• alterations
will not be accepted for exchange.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, customers agree to contact Shop Yahaira Inc. first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
In the event of a dispute, Shop Yahaira Inc. reserves the right to provide financial institutions with documentation including:
• order confirmation
• shipping confirmation
• tracking numbers
• carrier delivery confirmation
• communication records
• store policies accepted at checkout
These records may be used to contest fraudulent or invalid disputes.
