I am 5’7 270 and i carry most of my weight on my upper body (abdomen, button, thighs.) . I ordered the size based on the website suggestions and the were not wrong. I love this undergarment. I hate feeling lose or giggly. This garment is comfortable, does the job and doesn’t make me feel breathless. I highly recommend this garment .
