I'm a plus size In clothes I wear 16-18 pants 2x in shirts. I bought my shaper in a large because I used the size chart so I fit in between those guidelines. At first when I saw it I thought is wasn't going to fit cause it looked small but it fit perfect. It smooth out my shape. Of course it doesn't take everything away but I loved the way my wedding dress and reception dress looked with it on. I feel so confident with it. I can bend and breath well. It doesn't ride up your legs it grips well. I would definitely recommend getting it. It is well worth the money. I know some of us tend to try to get the cheaper shapers but think of all the money we spend on the wrong ones. Super happy I bought this.
